I the undersigned am appearing on the Video presentation that has been sent
accompanying this form.  I grant full permission to Robison Bryan and also
to whomever he delegates to this task for my appearance in video to be
produced, edited, aired and or duplicated.  I hereby waive all rights to such
performance, and I hold Robison Bryan and whomever he deligates to be
blameless in regard to copyright and or any other consideration pertaining to
my appearing in audio and or video performance, as well as any words or
other work authored by myself in relation to the same.  I enter into this
agreement freely and state that I have the right to do so, and do declare that
I am free of any obligation that would prohibit my so appearing for free.
